The goal of KidzLife is to provide an environment for children of all ages to learn the life, love and ministry of Christ. Through the ministry of several volunteers, we are able to show kids from their very first years to their teens, what it is like to be loved by Christ, to walk in accordance with His Word, and to act like Him in their daily lives. It is the purpose of this ministry to instill the Words and character of God in the hearts of each child, and to assist in their growth both spiritually and physically.

In a small amount of time each Sunday and Wednesday evenings, KidzLife takes the children of Divine Life through a journey of the Bible. Each week, the children are divided up into individual classes where their teachers have prepared a unique lesson regarding different characteristics of God. It is through this time that the children are taught through song, scripture memorization, crafts, and overall class participation who God is and His divine plan for each of their lives.

Also, we strive for excellence in everything we do, so the curriculum chosen has come from no little time investment, rather a group of elders and pastors have set out months in advance to find just the right material to train up the children (Proverbs 22:6) . It is our goal that our children are learning the same types of lessons that as adults we are learning. So the material needs to reflect just such a thing.

It is necessary though for each child to have a foundation on which they can stand, which is what is the primary focus of the program now (Luke 6:47-49). A foundation set on the truths of God’s Word, including but not limited to, the Books of the Bible, the Ten Commandments, the Fruit of the Spirit and many more. Once the establishment of their foundation, more complex lessons can begin to take place and the kids can be prepared for entering the discussions and lessons taught to their parents.

I encourage you to join with us constantly in prayer for our KidzLife teachers, children, and future. Together as a community, we need to realize the importance of this ministry and find in the foundations of the Scripture where Christ gave a specific instruction that, “whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will never enter it”( Luke 18:15-17). Become like a child and see where the Lord is able to move our body.

Continued Blessings
